In the retail business, the Bank should focus on the "mass" and "secured mass" segments. The bank should be extremely selective in approaching the clients of the lower mass segment and attracting all possible clients of the segment of wealthy customers;
The Bank shall focus on the SME business with the annual turnover from 30 thousand to 600 thousand of MCI. The related segments – the corporate and micro business will be provided loans on a case-by-case basis.
